This spinning top is based on the one used in the movie inception. I created this on Solidworks, and sourced a supplier in China to CNC machine it from a single block of aluminium, I then had them anodized in 6 different colours. 

 

I also designed a base for them to spin on, and to store the spinner on (when flipped over) when not in use.
